Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy


Venture Cubed maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and harassment. Every employee has the right to work in an environment free from any form of harassment or bullying.


Definition of Harassment


Harassment is unwanted conduct related to a protected characteristic that has the purpose or effect of:

- Violating an individual's dignity

- Creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment


Definition of Bullying


Bullying is offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, abuse or misuse of power that undermines, humiliates, or causes physical or emotional harm to someone.


Examples of Unacceptable Behaviour


- Unwanted physical contact

- Unwelcome sexual advances

- Offensive jokes or remarks

- Exclusion or victimisation

- Spreading malicious rumours

- Unfair treatment

- Misuse of power or position

- Deliberate undermining of a competent worker


Reporting and Support


We encourage any individual who experiences or witnesses bullying or harassment to:

1. Report the incident to the CEO or Chairman of the Board

2. Keep a written record of incidents, including dates, times, and witnesses

3. Use our confidential reporting procedure if preferred


All complaints will be:

- Taken seriously and handled sensitively

- Investigated promptly and thoroughly

- Treated confidentially

- Dealt with fairly and consistently


Consequences


Any employee found to have bullied or harassed another person will face disciplinary action, which may include:

- Formal warnings

- Mandatory training

- Dismissal in serious cases


Implementation and Review


These policies:

- Apply to all employees, contractors, and business partners

- Are reviewed annually

- Are supported by regular training and awareness programmes

- Form part of our broader commitment to creating an inclusive workplace
